Pets: No animals, livestock, birds, reptiles or pets of any other kind shall be kept in any strata lot or common property, except those provided for the assistance of a disable person.

Rental Restrictions: Up to five (5) strata lots may be rented at any given time with lease terms of no less than one year and must be approved by council.

All common areas are designated non-smoking. The Strata Lot shall be occupied as a place of residence by not more than two (2) persons in a one bedroom Strata Lot, Four (4) persons in a two bedroom Strata Lot.

The Beacon - 154 Promenade Dr:

Rental Restrictions: Up to five (5) strata lots may be rented at any given time and must be approved by the strata council. All rental agreements must be for no less than twelve (12) months.

Pets: No animals, livestock, birds or reptiles shall be kept in any strata lot or common property, except those specially trained for the assistance of a disabled person.

No more than two persons are permitted to occupy at strata lot per bedroom of the unit. Smoking is not permitted on the common property.

The Gabriola - 158 Promenade Dr:

Rentals: At any given time up to five (5) Strata Lots may be leased for terms of not less than one year, and not greater than 5 years.

Pets: An owner or occupant shall have one dog, or one cat (weighing a maximum of 25 lbs), no more than two caged birds. Dogs assisting either the hearing or sight impaired are excluded from this rule.
