Malcolm Johnson the founder of NanaimoCondo.ca and proudly licensed through Coast Realty Group, has been very success in real estate. In the first three years of his career, he has had over a 100 sales, successfully marketed a 72 unit residential/commercial development and worked with many developers in the beginning phases of upcoming projects.

Malcolm has come to realize that his passion in real estate is not only the sale of strata properties, but the idea of creating a better sales system for his current and future clients. Malcolm is very active in his community. He volunteers time to the Nanaimo City Center Association, the Downtown Nanaimo Partnership Society’s Business and Development Committee and is the Chair of the partnerships Housing, Design and Development Committee.

One of Malcolm’s passions and goals in his community is to be a major player in the revitalization of Nanaimo’s Downtown and to later become a developer and build desired strata developments in Nanaimo. Some of Malcolm’s beliefs around density are to contain the cities urban containment boundary by promoting infill development and that density is better for the environment.

The thought process behind his belief is that density impacts the environment less by putting more people in a smaller area. Malcolm would like to do his part in preserving the beauty of Vancouver Island by following these simple beliefs. Malcolm’s plans are to perfect his strata sales model and take it to other cities on Vancouver Island and possibly throughout BC.
